So for the last two days I have levelled from 10 to 22 doing the exact same thing over and over and over again. And we're not talking Diablo-farming. I mean literally the exact same thing. Why? To get some items that makes it possible for me to farm more stuff! Damn I must be stupid.
Anyway, try out this free online-rpg
That game is so stupid. I cant see how anyone can spend their time doing something so meaninless and unchallenging.
Im lvl 11:rolleyes:
Nov 17, 2006bruthor posted a message on What New System Do You Believe Will Reign Superior?Wii. Super smash braw will be the best game ever created, possibly equal to the upcoming diablo3. With online support it will be perfect. It is as simple as that. And wii will rule Asia like nintendo always hasPosted in: General Discussion
Nov 17, 2006maybe I missunderstood you svenskefaen (anyone knows what that means. Sorry Im just kidding;) ), but Loki is not god (æse), nor giant (jotne). He is a crossbreed and he is always the one to do funny pranks to other gods. Laufey, his mum, is not too much info about, but he is only half giant. However he IS a god, he just dont have the same genes as the oteher ones:)Posted in: General Discussion
Norse mythologi is so basic when your from norway:)
There's the wiki-link. But be aware that there are many a story dwelling around.
Nov 16, 2006I think he meant that there are already sevreal warrior classes, and the samurai would only be one more.Posted in: Unannounced Class
BTW, if noone likes the martial arts monk, the rope dart concept could be implemented as any kind of spell. Or it could just be one unique skill for truly unique charecters like the assiassin's shuriken skill.
Martial arts monk and diabolic char. I like em already
Nov 15, 2006just let me know when you're in norway;) I'm a 1.gup-1 ITF taekwon-do practitioner. If you wanna talk MA, we can do so in PM or create a new thread;)Posted in: Unannounced Class
BTW, this weekend I got second place in sparring in my class (+71 kg red belts 16-17 y.o.) in the NM ("norwegian championship")
I'll pulp anyone who challenges me and comes to norway to meet me
Nov 15, 2006If they add samurai they could add budhist munks or just martial arts munks and ninjas as well. A samurai would seem to be pretty much the same as any basic warrior type of char I guess...Posted in: Unannounced Class
I actually had an idea of the MA monk having a rope dart skill tree. He would, in a way, become the first long range melee charecter. Other skill trees could be mind disciplines and monkish healing and stuff. I dont know.
Even more interresting would be if they implemented the rope dart in some sort of animation making the strikes follow your mouse's path:
Click and hold your mause. Move youre mouse around the screen. The dart follows in a way the same directions as your mouse. An intelligent animation engine (omg I have no clue what I'm talking about) making the charecter do jet li - style moves to make your dart swing correctly. The system doesent have to be perfect, but to make a difference between a "dead" dart, a dart hurled forward, a dart hurled backwards to reload, and a dart hurled in circular movements would be enough. Straight forward shots does the most dmg and levels in rope dart mastery allows for more dmg, much more chance to pierce, more actual speed at the dart (also effect the dmg dealt) and the ability to do more hurls/swings per second.
If the mouse is put in a direction where the dart "cant go" it will drop dead (drop to the ground)
I dont know what you think, but I think it would be very unique, challenging and most of all it would ROCK. I dont think it would be that hard to do eighter.
And for those f you who might wonder, yes I am a martial art freak:cool:
For those who does not know the rope dart, it is a long rope (the longest ones up to 18 metres) with a dart or ball or whatever sharp and/or heavy object at the end.

Nov 15, 2006I tend to enjoy roleplaying games the most. What do I look for?Posted in: Other Games
"How similar is this to diablo2?" Char development and/or gameplay and/or action is the only factors. Some games are fun for a while couse of graphics, but not in the long run. The same thing goes for games with great storyline, but not much mor. SUMMONER is a strongly underrestimated RPG if you like story. Look it up. Some games also seem very cool at first, but then you feel like you've seen it all before (prince of persia)
Another thing is that the game must recuire some extent of skill (super smash bros) and/or strategy (diablo. RA 2) to play.
Only after you find yourself still enjoying a game after years spent playing it, you know you liked it.
Games that has reached " all the way " are only two for my part. Diablo and Super smash bros.
I find this kind of games after playing them with my friends first.
Nov 15, 2006I always found all the charecters of diablo to be ... well.. gifted. There is no wimps, cowards, fatties, psychoes or tall skinny guys:D. All of them could not be in the same game, that would be retarded, but maybe one of them.Posted in: Unannounced Class
Well, anyways, it is indeed cool the way it is, but if the diabolic char was in the game, I for one would play him.:D
Nov 15, 2006I slayed my way through hell with a bone necromancer. It was fucking hard but I did it without bots, support, dupes or anything. Me, golem and merc all the way in single player. I was lvl 86 by the time I managed to kill off the ancients and I really took my time with nightmare baal to get good enough items.Posted in: General Discussion
Nov 14, 2006Are you gonna start an "I can beat you" argue over the internet. Well thats pathetic. REAAAAALY PATHETIC!Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
My dad could beat you all to blody pulp wearing padded gloves so HAHA!!! Maybe not, but you'll never know. Besides I cant see any of you have martial arts experience, and most likely you do not know a squad about fighting. Go fight eachother in diablo chubby geeks:rolleyes:
Nov 14, 2006Summon necro. He is the only charecter who can solo through hell without equipment:cool:. He also is a durable dueller with enigma.Posted in: Diablo II
Then a poison/summon necro with godly items can really throw some punches in PvM.
The hammerdin is a fucking obvious build and I disslike him becouse it is so easy for him to be numero uno in pvm and he is a good PvP'er.
The elemental druid and trapsins also are very durable and addaptable charecters for both pvp and pvm.
Worst char: golemmancer. He just sucks.
Nov 14, 2006Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionQuote from "mincepies" »I agree with Maple, the whole point of having different classes is for the different skills. If D3 is to be similar to LOD in that way then they should only make the skills acquirable by a super hard quest or something
A super duper hard quest meaning you must have a full party of eight high llvl char perfectly equipped... Thus meaning there will be no chance for someone doing single player (like me) to achieve it. Well, that is pretty much the case for runewords and hellfire torch and stuff so I guess it could be done and that I would strongly dislike it.
Nov 14, 2006the oblivion dude was only a reply to a question. I do imagine the diabolic char to look more human, so I agree with you elfen lied. I discribed the diabolic man pretty well back there. Come on guys, I really put a lot of effort into my idea. Someone must have something to say or I will go mad.Posted in: Unannounced Class
Nov 14, 2006Posted in: Unannounced ClassQuote from "Gex" »Done a few image searches and they look badass enough, fo sho
Not sure if I can imagine them donning armour, a weapon and helmet etc.. Then again, I've not played Oblivion, maybe there's more than one type? (other than the Velociraptor-type thing)
