Could you please post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:
Press Windows Key + R.
Type DxDiag and press Enter.
In the DxDiag window, at the bottom, click Save All Information.
Name the file "dxdiag" and click Save. (note where it's been saved so you can find it)
Locate the Dxdiag.txt file just created and open it to copy and paste ALL of it's contents into your reply.
If you happen to have an Nvidia card and it's using 397.31 drivers, try updating to Nvidia's latest instead. Also, if you have Razer's Chroma SDK software running, try uninstalling it and re-testing. If you do and it works, get Razer's latest version of the software and it ought to work properly still.

Windows doesn't do such a good job of checking for the latest drivers unfortunately.
Driver Version: 126.96.36.19968
Driver Date/Size: 12/12/2017
See if you can update to Nvidia's latest for your GT 560M:
When installing them, use the Custom and Clean Install options. Just install the graphic drivers and none of the optional components. Do not install or use the GeForce Experience at this time.
