I log on today trying to push past GR105. Half way through, I get disconnected. I assumed it was my internet. Nope, my internet works fine and there are no local outages. I try to get on again. After playing a couple of rifts, I experience huge lag spikes and then get disconnected. I decided to call my ISP to have them check my area for outages and to see if there is anything wrong with my equipment. Checks come back with nothing wrong on my end. So I decided to play GTA5 and did not disconnect or have latency issues. Ok, everything is fine on my end. I get back on D3. 5 minutes in, I'm getting lag, I bloodrush and it doesn't do anything. Next thing to happen is I die. Then get booted out of the game with no error code. I did encounter a 1016 error earlier. What is going with Blizzard?

Looking at your WinMTR it is showing a lot of packet loss on hop 2.
