AMD R9 380 drivers

• Last night I updated my drivers to AMD newest ones (17.4.2) and Im no longer able to load D3.

I'm getting the error :BLZBNTBNA00000131 (Video Card Not Supported)
Operating system: Windows 7 Service Pack 1
Video Card: A<D Radon R9 380

So I used the AMD uninstall Utility and did a clean reinstall of the 17.4.2 drivers. I got the same error.

I used the AMD uninstall utility again and install the old 17.2.1 drivers and everything work fine.

There is something wrong with the newest drivers causing D3 not to recognize my supported card. If anyone has this problems install the older drivers and you will be able to play the game again.
• Hey all,

I have seen some issues with the latest AMD drivers recently. Fortunately what I have seen help is trying to roll back to the 17.2.1 drivers and that helped. You can head over to http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-Edition-17.2.1-Release-Notes.aspx and half way down the page is the download link.

Go ahead and uninstall your current driver using something like DDU(http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) and then install this one and hopefully that should get you fixed up.

However if you continue to have issues I would like to take a look at your DXDIAG. To get this just follow the instructions here and then paste the contents of the DXDIAG.txt in your reply between the

tags and we can go from there.
